Our bakery, Lamajoun, takes its name from the delicious Mediterranean dish known as “Lahmajoun,” “Lahme be ajeen,” or “Lahmacun,” a part of our culinary heritage for centuries. Our skilled bakers are specially trained in Mediterranean cuisine. We proudly make everything from scratch, using only the finest quality, all-natural ingredients, premium meats, and locally sourced greens and vegetables. We are committed to being palm oil-free, margarine-free, and free from preservatives and MSG, and we never use microwaves in our kitchen.
